Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
We provide a lifetime guarantee on all labor and workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and long-term customer satisfaction.
What’s Covered:
Auto body repairs and structural work
Paint and refinishing (see Axalta warranty below)
Dent repair, panel replacement, and realignment
What’s Not Covered:
Rust perforation through metal
Scratches, gravel marks, or stone chips from normal driving
Damage caused by abuse, negligence, or additional accidents
Any defect arising from a failure to maintain the vehicle
Important Note: This warranty applies only under normal driving conditions and is valid for the original owner only—not transferable.
Axalta Paint Warranty – Backed by Industry Leaders
Axalta-Covered Defects Include:
Cracking or checking of the paint surface
Severe loss of gloss due to fading
Peeling of the top coat or any underlying paint layers
Exclusions:
Negligence or improper vehicle care
Damage to surfaces not repaired or painted with Axalta products
Environmental damage (acid rain, tree sap, etc.)
Eligibility: This warranty is only available to the owner at the time of the original repair and cannot be transferred. Your name must appear on the Warranty Repair Record to qualify.

How long is the workmanship warranty valid?
For as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only under normal driving conditions.
Is rust covered under the warranty?
No. Rust is a result of environmental conditions and is specifically excluded from coverage.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Just call us or visit our shop. We’ll inspect the issue and guide you through the warranty process with our team or the applicable manufacturer.
Does my paint warranty apply to areas not painted in the repair?
No. The Axalta warranty only applies to surfaces that were directly refinished by R&L Auto Body using Axalta paint systems.
